How did I put on weight?

I had been overweight during my teenage years and managed to lose weight during college years. However, after marriage I had two children and put on significant weight after each pregnancy. My weight was a big factor in not being able to exercise. As a result, my weight continued to grow well after my kids were born.

Starting with weight loss!

I received a small nudge I started showing signs of borderline hypertension. With exercise and some diet control, I managed to lose some weight but really plateaued out and found it difficult to lose weight after the initial success. For the past 3 years I had been stuck at the same weight. In July 2012,my sister introduced me to TWM. While I had tried many diet sites before, I have really liked and benefitted from the personalized guidance that my nutritionist has provided over the past 2.5 months. My diet plans are adjusted every 3 - 4 weeks and are suited to to my progress and needs. Living in the US, I was a little concerned about being able to sustain this personalized attention but it has been extremely easy. My nutritionist and I discuss my progress and diet modifications every month via Skype. She provides delicious and healthy recipes that my entire family has enjoyed.

Getting a new life!

For the past one year, I became quite despondent that I would not be able to lose weight anymore. Since working with my TWM nutritionist, I've lost 5.5 kgs in 2.5 months. My confidence and determination to reach my ideal weight is back. Most importantly, my family too has benefitted from my healthier eating habits TWM will get the best results if you are regular about writing your diet diary, truthfully and completely, on a daily basis. There are days when I've been tempted to indulge and not put it in my diary. I remind myself, however, that this is for my good and if I cheat the diary, I cheat myself.
