During my class 12 I used to sit and study at one place for long hours munching all sorts of things in between. As I had very little physical exercise I put on 10 kgs extra.
As soon as I got my diet plan from my nutritionist I followed it strictly with 45 minutes of exercise. In the first 2 months of my diet plan I lost almost 4 kgs which motivated me to continue it further. At the end of 6 months I have lost about 10 kgs.
