What is Celiac Disease?
Celiac Disease is caused by an immune reaction to Gluten, found in Wheat, barley, oats, rye, triticale.
Gluten triggers an autoimmune reaction, in which the body produces antibodies that attack their own tissue. This reaction cause inflammations and damage to the lining of the small intestines.
